For the chosen few who have sacrificed.

The Special Operations Communicators Association preserves the bond among those who have honorably served with the Joint Communications Unit — and stands behind their families through scholarships, memorials, and care.

Our Mission

Preserve the common bond.

SOCA exists to preserve and further the bond among all who have honorably served with the Joint Communications Unit — its members, alumni, and dependents. Formed in 2006 and incorporated in North Carolina, we rely almost entirely on the generosity of our sponsors and members.
